Its revolutionary construction in MonoCore DS
integrates an ultra-flat surface and rounded side tubes in a single, single-piece part. This design guarantees increased rigidity, better stability on the water and a light weight that facilitates transport. The optimized design even allows you to fish standing up (if your balance allows it) in complete safety, a feat for a float tube of this size.

The hull has been completely redesigned to improve glide and navigation. The "Bat Wing", positioned between the legs, breaks the waves created by the electric motor, while the accentuated rocker on the tips improves performance in choppy conditions. A removable fin, placed at the rear, offers better directional stability and facilitates compatibility with modern motorizations, such as KAHE SURF PODs.

With a reduced weight and rapid inflation to 12 psi, the FLATFORM JUNIOR combines practicality and robustness.

Delivered in its new carrying bag DENALI, it is easily transportable over long distances, and can be easily stored in the trunk of a car. Protection, Security, Serenity  

The entire new dropstich range from SEVEN BASS DESIGN is equipped with RELIEF VALVE, also called overpressure valve, or discharge valve.
The system of Relief Valve is a built-in safety feature. Its main role is to protect it against damage caused by internal overpressure. This feature is particularly useful to prevent damage due to external factors such as heat or excessive inflation.

When inflating a Dropstitch float tube, it is important to maintain a precise pressure, generally between 7 and 11 PSI depending on the model. However, several factors can cause an unexpected increase in this pressure.

For example, if the float tube is exposed to the sun or to a high temperature, the air inside expands naturally, increasing pressure. Likewise, excess air during inflation can quickly exceed the recommended limit. If this over pressure is not controlled, it can damage the internal structure of the float tube, affect the bonding or even cause a sudden breakage.

This is where the Relief Valve comes in.
This mechanism, usually placed at a strategic location on the float tube such as near the main valve or on the deck, is designed to open automatically as soon as the pressure exceeds a predefined limit indicated around the valve.
When it detects too high a pressure, it releases a small amount of air to restore a safe level inside the board.
Once the pressure has dropped to a normal level, the valve closes by itself, without requiring any action on your part.

One of the great advantages of this system is that it is fully automatic and does not require any special handling.
However, it is essential to take care of it to keep it fully functional.
After each outing, it is recommended to rinse the valve with fresh water to remove any deposits of salt, sand, etc. Regular maintenance ensures that the valve does not become clogged and continues to effectively protect your float tube.

In short, the Relief Valve is a kind of essential safety valve for dropstitch float tubes. It protects the board from excess pressure, prolongs its life and provides peace of mind whether you are on the water or your float tube is exposed to variable weather conditions.

In any case, it is very important to keep in mind some simple tips:

• Do not leave your float tube in direct sunlight : Even with a Relief Valve, it is best to protect your float tube from direct heat if possible.
• Inflate up to the recommended pressure : Use a pump with a pressure gauge to avoid exceeding the limit.
• Store correctly : Deflate your float tube slightly if you leave it inflated for a long period of time.
