Théo COUTURIER

South France. Freshwater fisherman.

Théo, 25 years old.

Since my early years, predator fishing has played a central role in my approach. I grew up around the water, with a particular attraction to largemouth bass and pike, two species that still shape every one of my sessions today. What started as a childhood passion has gradually evolved into a constant search for precision, efficiency, and a deeper understanding of fish behavior.

Very early on, I naturally gravitated toward technical and demanding approaches. Targeting pike with big baits quickly became an obvious choice, allowing me to focus on active fish and pursue larger specimens. At the same time, bass fishing from a float tube gives me the opportunity to adopt a more refined, stealthy, and strategic approach, methodically working each area. This balance between power and finesse now defines how I approach the water.

I place great importance on reading conditions and adapting techniques. I enjoy exploring complex, sometimes unconventional methods to reach areas that receive less pressure and present something different. This willingness to step outside the usual patterns constantly pushes me to refine my skills and evolve my fishing.

Always striving to improve, I’m constantly searching for new sensations and the opportunity to connect with quality fish. Every outing is a chance to learn, fine-tune my technical choices, and improve my approach, with a clear objective: targeting bigger specimens.

This is why I rely on SEVEN BASS Design float tubes, which allow me to approach any body of water with precision, mobility, and efficiency. I’ll be sharing my on-the-water experiences, technical choices, and fishing approach to highlight practical solutions for demanding anglers
